It’s sad news for us that you’re considering leaving FJA. Simply tell us in the box below why you want to cancel your current membership and what we can do better.  Team FJA will aim to respond to your message within 48 hours (Mon-Fri) 

Note: Any cancellation made within 3 business days of your next membership fee may not be stoppable. To ensure that you aren’t charged after your request, we make it our goal to action all cancellations as soon as we receive them.
